H.I.B.T

High-Intensity Body Training is a fun form of interval training. A cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods until you're too exhausted to continue!

CROSS TRAINING

A full body workout that combines strength and cardio!

Programming includes a combination of:

  • cardio

  • weight training

  • high intensity conditioning

  • gymnastic movements

  • body weight exercises
